Apologies for only getting this through to you now, it’s been a hectic week and I’m nearly heading back to work.Please find my review down below. I hope this helps.
“As a Yacht engineer who’s primary background is from the mechanical / hydraulics field and wanted to learn more about the AVIT system onboard large yachts, this course is the perfect introduction.
I’ve always been ”Good” with computers and see myself as pretty tech savvy, but never understood how and where IP addressing comes from, how it works and what it all means. When it came to fault finding, I always asked myself, “Where do I even start?”. This course explains exactly how data is being sent over the internet, on a Local Network and how it all works.
After completing this course, I can honestly say that my mindset changed and I feel more comfortable tackling issues onboard. Bernhard, who presented the course, did an excellent job explaining complex terms and topics with basic examples, which made it easy to understand.
I highly recommend taking this course for any person who finds themselves in a similar boat as myself.Take note, over the 2 weeks that the course spans, prepare yourself to have no commitments or distractions.”
